He neglected the completion of the Polavaram project, leaving Andhra Pradesh in need of water, while diverting funds for his own luxuries. It is truly shameful to consider him a leader. He claims to not have enough money to pay government employee salaries on time, yet he managed to spend 550 crores to build a purposeless palace. He also failed to invest 100 crores in the development of Amaravati as the capital, instead wasting 550 crores of public money."
