I have another point of view. Instead of learning javascript or anything related to web development, I would recommend starting with Python and Introduction to Algorithms. It should give you a stable basis to really enter the tech world.

Python is a great language to use because of your minimal vocabulary complexity needed to start to code. However, use any language that you feel comfy to use. The important thing to start code is to understand the initial concepts, not the practice in the beginning.

Saying "React is easy to learn" and saying "Node js is fast" are the biggest lies of 21st century. Try Blazor (United) instead which is incredibly easy to learn and super-fast.

Sorry but React is horrible for beginners, it has a steep learning curve and it's easy to fall into a react pitfall, you're going to make the whole page render by checking and unchecking a checkbox... It's not smart enough to be beginner friendly, Vue is much more beginner friendly
