The rain sensor needs to use more cameras, the side can see some rain on the side of the car maybe. Also watching how wet the tarmac is, making it more alert combined with what the weather channels are saying.

Elon buying MSNBC would be a buff for TESLA brand and other Elon owned companies as they would get more positive news about them (and accurate and not lies). You could think it as a marketing investment in the long term.

NDT is a pompous, opiniated, ego driven narcissist who, in the final analysis, isn't all that smart, and certainly is not a 'real' scientist. I am growing increasingly weary of his jackass braying on MSM about things he knows vanishingly little about.
I would really enjoy watching a one-on-one confrontation between him and Elon. Or maybe a competition where they are both handed a dicey engineering challenge to see who could solve it. My money would be on Elon.

I'm tempted to leave a comment on the wiper issue: It just occurred to me (timestamp 12:00) when you show the image of windshield with and after wipe....agin it's a human thing being bothered by droplets. For AI it's way less of an issue: At night I prefer driving WITH FSD especially when it rains. Weirdly...my car will detect pedestrian earlier than I can see them. Now don't think a moment that I am distracted and looking more at the screen than outside ;-)
