The AGV K3 SV is a new generation helmet from AGV. With the big boots to fill after the success of the original AGV K3, the K3 SV looks set to be even better with the addition of an internal drop-down sun visor.

I have AGV K3 SV. Fantastic helmet! Quiet, functional and looks awesome. Few notes:
1) One clear pinlock comes with the helmet for free ($60 value roughly)
2) The profile of visor opening can be changed with replaceable visor stops (two pairs included)
3) The chin ventilation release is INSIDE the helmet so it is really hard to adjust when the helmet is on, in gloves, through the chin curtain. When open, the chin vent slits are amazing, you feel like you breathe without a helmet on.
4) There's a dust filter included to cover the big hole in the top of the skull cap in case you feel that the top vent sucks in more air that needed.
5) Default sun visor is 50% tint, which is too light for my taste. I suggest going with clear main visor (shield) + a darker SV
6) The ear cups are ready for installing audio (velcro-accepting)

I love these helmets, for being a budget they have very nice features, flip down, removable liners, cheek and neck roll for washing and replacing.. what I really like aside from the fit for my cranium is the venting, its GREAT, when you put it on you can feel the air space in the helmet and when you get going man it feels good in the heat, then the flip down visor? these K-3 SV fit me real well, got 2 of em, the rossi angry sun and moon and the bright red bird one, love that one...

very nice budget helmet IMHO prolly the best on the market at this price point, imagine what a nice top of the line AGV graphite helmet would be like? ewee

thanks for showing me the security D ring for locking up, been carrying it up till now, not anymore...

for the money if they fit your noggin shape and you live in hot weather... yes, if you live in cold, no, unless you get oversized and use a thick balaclava, vents do close but more of a hot weather helmet IMHO they are vented real well, you can get anti fog with the pinlock set up!

hmm, my helmet is a K-3 SV, just bought it 05_12_21 but it has D rings? knock offs? has the visor down, the red robin, and the rossi with the angry moon on one side angry sun on the other? what gives?
