I have a question. If v < vc + 0.4 and v > vtmin, can I provide only additional shear links for torsion without detailing additional Side Face Reinforcement?

Vt = 2T / [ hmin2 (hmax – hmin/3)]
Vt = 2T (2*10*10^6 =
[ hmin2 (hmax – hmin/3)] = 300^2(600-300/3)=
-- = 0.89 n/mm2

i tried to re-caculate your formula and I cant get the 1.24 n/mm2
im getting 0.89 N/mm2
