Wow that's amazing. I just started a wheat subscription about a month ago. I have been receiving wheat every two weeks thinking it would be a good idea to have it in the land our God blessed us with. Wow! I've been on raw food diet and saw such changes but Yah kept prompting me to eat bread and I was asking Him how. I knew most bread was not good!! This is my answer!!!! Thank you Michael for having this lady on your show!!!!

I found whole einkorn bread is a little too heavy (gives me heartburn) but I now can eat sourdough bread after 15 years gluten-free!

Sounds interesting but not for me I did notice that Celiac Disease was not mentioned or allergies to the wheat itself. I will not be trying this I get all these benefits they talk of in the way I am eating right now, and I don't have to fear about not being able to breath or losing my voice for 8+hours. But good for those it helps.
