This was a nice video tribute and all, but it's clear from the closing sentence that there's another agenda for trumpeting Niskanen right now, namely the controversy about the Koch takeover. Well, I hope Cato maintains its independence. It's sad to see all this libertarian infighting but I guess that's the nature of people and movements.
