This reminds me of Iraq, my father was enlisted in military, he told me they had food, training and guns but the moment the US invasion came we immediately gladly gave up not because we were scared or we didn’t have guns or we didn’t have military training he told me everyone was tired of Saddam and the dictatorship and people just wanted to become free. I expect the same from N Korea
