For anyone curious, sea urchins are extremely invasive. They amass in ginormous groups at certain points during the year and literally just march over coral reefs, destroying them. Coral reefs house an estimated 60% of life in the coastal ocean and 25% of life in the oceans entirety, they are also critically endangered so there are organizations that go out and do this.
