180 g yogurt
150 g flour

30 g unsalted butter
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder

*Ingredients*
For the cinnamon swirls:
180g Greek yoghurt
150g self raising flour
30g melted unsalted butter
3tbsp light brown sugar
1tsp cinnamon

For the glaze:
6tbsp icing sugar
4tsp milk

1) Preheat your oven to 170°C/ 150°C (fan).

2) Mix together the Greek yoghurt and self raising flour until just combined, to form a dough.

3) Flour a clean surface and a rolling pin.

4) Press the dough flat on your floured surface and roll the dough out to ½cm thick.

5) Mix together the melted butter, light brown sugar and cinnamon until combined to form a paste.

6) Spread the cinnamon paste over the dough all the way to the edges.

7) Slice it into small pieces and roll them into tight balls, making sure the edges are sealed.

8) Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes.

9) Mix together the icing sugar and milk until smooth.

10) Coat the warm bites in the glaze, dripping off any excess.

11) Enjoy!

Edit: I made these - they were softer than I was expecting, but so good!
