Armenian, Azerbaijani officials to hold truce talks in Moscow

Armenian and Azerbaijani officials were headed to Russia on Friday for talks aimed at ending the worst violence in the Nagorno-Karabakh region since 1994. FRANCE 24 correspondent Nick Holdsworth says there is growing international hope of a truce.
