What:
Couchbase Server 4.0 has excellent new features like N1QL that make life much simpler for application developers as had been covered in the last two hangouts (an overview on Couchbase 4.0 Beta and a hangout on N1QL, the new query language).  To really be complete the full architecture was considered.  Two other awesome features of 4.0 are Global Secondary Indexes (sometimes referred to as GSI) which bring optimized secondary indexing to distributed systems and Multi-Dimensional Scaling which give developer and operators the ability to easily match a deployment to a workload.

In this hangout +Matthew Revell  will chat with +John Liang (architect of these features) about GSI and Multi-Dimensional Scaling.  Matt and John will give you some insight on how this is unique to distributed database deployments and why +Couchbase is so excited about this upcoming release.

When: 27th at 2:00 PM UTC+1
Where: Google+ Hangout On Air/YouTube
How: Post questions on G+, tune in for the broadcast to watch or watch the recording later.
