Great input. Thanks. I used to think a lot about and tried to deliver what my staff need. But much much less, if at all, what I need to perform. Which led
to violating my standards. Wow. Means that if I ask for what I need, I can be a better leader for my staff. Seems to be contradictory, but isn’t. Thanks
