Covid Crisis: There is a tremendous amount of pressure on the health infrastructure. The deaths are not caused by Covid alone but due to a lack of proper medical facilities and health care infrastructure. As per the Bengaluru civic body, nearly 800 covid patients die in home isolation in the past 20 days. This has become a source of concern as a significant number of patients are in home isolation. The doctors say that the people are dying due to lack of medication, while the Bengaluru civic body has created a special panel to keep a check on the people. There is a shortage of beds which leads to home isolation for many.
