This is how we supposed to eat on daily basis.l come from Europe and ppl there are very active and eat very little sometimes once a day and they're all slim and healthy.Here in 🇺🇸 the portions are huge and l see a lot of fat ppl. So sad😢
I see most of your meals have cheese and bread( you should try something organic and natural and not eat these breads are full of chemicals which are made for people to become addicted to Foods and eat more. Everything else is good just the bread and the cheese look for organic natural alternatives
