I modified the Makita usb power source adapter for my son's power wheel, with an added fuse. That thing was fast... Until it stripped the gearbox.

I’ve been trying to figure out why I’m having battery issues doing the same thing. I have two led pods claimed to draw 90w total and my battery would cut out after a few minutes of running them, only to display full charge when disconnected. I assume the battery protection system is kicking in from the lights pulling too much power. Have you experienced this?

Tim from Canada I have Ryobi tools not impressed with them.. The only good thing about the Ryobi line is.. The battery set up.. putting the post on the battery is one of the smartest things that come out of battery line.. when you have to slide your battery onto a track that is on most tools and chargers this is the stupidest set up
