Why in the world would the government brought a murder charge against its citizen without accounting for every injury on the victim?

I think it was obviously a waste of Taxpayer money the first time. D.A need to really think hard before wasting even more money💰😢

I think the police should select more professional detectives.

Did this woman watch the trial and see the experts that proved that his death was not caused by a vehicle? So frustrating.

Let’s mot forget, the physics showed that what the prosecution alleged couldn’t have happened. It’s impossible.

Not unless bruising miraculously appears on O'Keefe's torso, legs, feet, other arm, and retroactively search the house on the property where the body was found.

Polarized, Yes. That being said, the Jury merely had to weigh the strength of the evidence (largely circumstantial) in the Commonwealth's case and determine whether Karen Read killed JO beyond a reasonable doubt.
I am NOT a lawyer nor was I a Juror. I was simply playing along at home.

In my opinion, it was the actual investigators that introduced actual doubt themselves by their shoddy and questionable behavior/actions. Putting aside the Alberts and the McCabes' incestial relationship with the police (and meddling in the investigation), they merely didn't prove their case.

I too want the person responsible for the death of JO held accountable in hopes the family can find peace. However, there would be no peace, rather only continued uncertainty as to whether the police had had the right person from the start

4:21 They tried not to bring Proctor into testify. He wasn't on the prosecution's witness list, and they did what they could to notnhave those awful text messages come out in court for the world to hear. What halpened is exactly what the professor has stated that his name was brought up so many times that they HAD to call him up to the stand instead of waiting for the defense to call him as a hostile witness.

Why is anyone even still talking about being hit by a vehicle?
He wasn’t hit. The vehicle didn’t hit a person.
Everybody saw this brought out in the trial and now this appears as just gaslighting.

This lawyer hadnt seen the trial. The prosecutors saying she killed him because she didnt tak the shoes of. And changng their theory in closing ( now It was not 12.45 and the arm was not extended) was shamefull!

The prosecution never proved that the victim was struck by a car…. Because he wasn’t. The entire case is a sham.

I'm surprised that there was anyone that saw this case as the jury saw it and thought she was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt here. There was just too many questions about the evidence. I am very pleased that Proctor has been kicked. Hos behaviors were more than awful.
