Ford XR6 turbo runs 8.93 @ 158mph

Jordan's Ford XR6 completes one pass and dips into the eights and is promptly booted for running too fast. The car is powered by a D’Annello Performance Ford Barra engine with the only internal modification being a set of head studs and conrods. Boost comes from a Garrett GT47/88 turbocharger.
At present the XR6 is fitted with a full roll cage, race seat and harness. However the car does not hold a valid ANDRA safety ticket so Jordan was only able to attempt one pass. These items will be addressed before the next outing.
