Testing the functionality of a Kuka KR210 robotic system that has a KRC2ed05 controller with a newly created 7th Axis rotary table.
We paired the robot and rotary table by installing the 7th axis internal components such a cables and axis drive, installing the external cables, and set the 7th axis parameters into the software.
This newly created 7th axis rotary table has been improved through new frame design and gearbox with allows for greater weight capacity (up to 600kg's) and higher accuracy.
