New Schindler Scenic Traction Elevators @ Orlando Airport - Future Terminal C Parking in Orlando, FL

*I was the first to find and film these elevators in January 2020.

These things are very nice and are scenic! They offer a good view of the future terminal C APM building. They also seem to run very well, and are pretty quick. Sorry about the video gap for a day. Accidentally skipped yesterday in my scheduled videos. I was also in a rush when this was taken which is why it was shorter than I wanted.

Was the Terminal C Parking Garage open in January 2020?

I have been ULTRA-Impressed by Schindler's recent installations (i.e. 2015+)!! I love the 3 indicators! Great find, great elevator, and great video! I believe these are actually a custom install due to "special requirements" (from Schindler's website). A 3300-5500 would not be able to serve the extreme traffic expected, and a 7000 is too fast.

Pressing the button 1 million times doesn’t make it go faster. Your just going to end up having to replace button lol

These are beautiful. The 3 chimes for down just pisses me off though... that's just lazy! It's literally just a DIP switch setting. The fixtures are designed so they can create the "ADA Title III double-down" sound internally for use in slap-on mods for pre-1992 equipment... When this mode is selected with a newer elevator, the system creates the "double down" but you get a 3rd chime because the fixture creates another 2nd chime.
