I fought with the VA for 15yrs and I won. I continued to fight for my back pay for an additional 6 years before I won my back pay. If you have a legitimate claim do not give up. Resubmit your claim every time it is returned as not granted and be sure to read the CFR’s if you allow them to wiggle out of your claim they certainly will they are not honorable and even though they have a duty to assist you they will not do so. Do not quit on your claim or yourself. It took me 21 years but I won because I told the truth and I didn’t quit.

You appeal and then they say no evidence. Although 38 CFR states C&P exams AREN'T to be used as the primary source for rating they do. "Totality of Evidence", "The Whole person Theory". Happened to me. HLR and....?
