The Lorax - Ted meets the Once-ler

Man I know the movie isn't perfect, but I like all this first view of the world outside of the Town, it could a little more apocalyptic but still feels all the desolation and sadness, even more with all the machines and old stuff.
With the Once-ler alone in the middle of nothing, without the jokes, this feels kind of the same energy of the original.

Unlike other people out there i actually enjoyed this movie. Released when i was turning 13 and i love the detailed backgrounds like the spooky atmosphere of the forest after the trees were chopped down.

And why was it lifted and taken somewhere from the far end of town where the grickle grass grows?

He lurks in his lurkem on top of his store. And on grickley mid-nights in august, he peaks out of the shutters and sometimes he speaks and tells how the Lorax was lifted away.

One things for sure and it’s that the once ler is very sorry for heat he’s done he stayed in the wasteland he created for all this time so he’s given himself self imposed punishment for his actions there’s nothing to stop him from just leaving but he chooses to stay and suffer even if it doesn’t help anyone including himself it’s still a kind gesture
