Just to clarify for folks using a stainless steel pan to cook eggs. Make sure the pan is hot enough to just start burning butter before you put the butter in. If you're doing sunny side up, let the eggs cook enough on the bottom and they'll unstick from the pan. Similar with scrambled... don't move the eggs until they've started to cook a bit.

I make 6+ eggs in my All-Clad D7 frying pan all the time with butter and when it's time to clean there's almost no egg on the pan.

I use cast iron inside and out. Cast iron skillet inside and my Blackstone flat cast iron griddle outside. Every Saturday and Sunday morning breakfast is cooked out on the griddle.

There are many crock pots at thrift stores. We got a big one for less than $10.00. We make bone broth in the crock pot and cook it for 2 days. This turns the bones to paste and we then puree the bones and use them as fertilizer in the garden.

I’d love to know what you pack for your daughter’s lunch and the containers you use!

Cosori makes good small appliances. I have the indoor grill -- no non-stick. I eat lots of burger Pattie's and steak, so it's what I cook with most often. It's super easy to clean. I'm too cheap to buy new filters, so I use it on my back porch. I also have the Cosori rotisserie air fryer. The interior is stainless steel, and it has a rotating basket as well as the rotisserie skewer. While I was on the shopping spree, I also got the Cosori dehydrator. It's stainless steel, too. I never heard of Cosori before this year, but I'm loving their appliances.

I found a stainless steel vessel for our Ninja multi-cooker. It's our most used appliance in the house. Slow, pressure, air fry, steam, dehydrate, etc. I might get a second one. It's really great in the summer time as it doesn't heat up the whole kitchen. EDIT: Oh and our most used pan is a large carbon steel skillet. Once it's conditioned, you have to chase the eggs around the pan to get them out, it's incredibly non-stick.

Carbon Steel frying pans are awesome too, they are easier to cook with over stainless.

For literally years I have been reusing the same plastic Gatorade bottles over and over for my Gatorade Zero instant drink until I listened to how much plastic and EDC's we are consuming so I switched to glass bottles. In addition I left my paper wax coated coffee cups for glass also. I had no idea I was ingesting any of that stuff.

I start my bone broth on the instant pot on, ow for two hours and then let it continue for a couple of days on the slow cook feature…does a great job. Yes! Please share your tuber slow cooker recipes!

This was helpful. I stopped using stainless bc the food sticks so much. Aso, I appreciated your videos during COVID. You were telling the truth when it wasn’t popular opinion. Thank you for that.

I use an air fryer for meat but line the inner container with kitchen foil first to both keep the food away from the teflon and aid cleaning (just throw the foil away).

Using a pressure cooker is a really good idea for quinoa because it helps cut the lectins.

Pressure cooker is amazing for tough cuts of meat. Stews, short ribs..
I also got stainless steel ladle (so I can leave it in a hot pot), spatula... I can't imagine using stuff that is not dishwasher safe..
TJMAXX often has really good stainless steel pans.. Found a good 12" all clad clone for only $30..

Watch out for non stick material on the crock pot and pressure cooker as well.
