I'm sure any bespectacled would agree that the worst things of having to wear glasses is (1) pricks asking you to count their fingers, (2) when you have to find your glasses, and (3) fogging

Haven't really watched much of this show, so didn't know the tall guy has a disability too (and reading up on it I see why its now called The Last Leg!); but the three of them work well together.

Josh's disability is he can't manage to be around a American actor without being truly and deeply humiliated! Note Tina fey, and Mark ruffalow, cross reference graham Norton! Truly greatest burns!

we joke about having glasses being a disability.

But seriously, for people who need glasses to see just in front of them 24/7 it is a real problem if you don't have your glasses.
I wake up daily and spend around 5 minutes groping for my glasses on my beside table. Once I knocked them ok and couldnt find them so I had to call my mum to find them for me because my vision was really blurry.

I think severe short sightedness and maybe severe long sightedness should maybe get a classification as a mild disability. Because if people are deaf or have lost most of their hearing that's considered a disability but having impaired vision isn't. That's strange to me. The only reason it isnt is because its fixable with glasses (which we have to pay for anyway). But mostly deaf people get hearing aids for free (if they can get one) and still possibly qualify for benefits.

In fairness, I could be wrong and maybe its not easy to claim benefits as a severely or moderately deaf person.

I have -6 and a half in both eyes and I wear quite strong lenses. I also have Type 1 Diabetes which can affect my eye sight dramatically if I don’t manage myself correctly 😱👍🏻

I have to wear glasses and still can’t see. My prescription is -10.75. Seriously. I am a lot more disabled.
