Brandon, I just recently discovered you in the last 6 months. I binged the first three Mistborn books and I'm hooked. I watched your entire creative writing class, and it has inspired me to finally begin my own writing journey. I hold two Master's Degrees (neither relevant to English or the Arts), and when writing the dozens of papers I was required to create, I received many compliments on my writing. I always had this feeling in the back of my head that I should pursue it, but I never have. Watching those YouTube videos gave me the info and the push I needed to begin my journey so I just came here to say THANK YOU! I am a 30 year old man who looks up to you and hopes to one day work with you on something. I am currently working on my first novel, and following in your footsteps, have launched a blog where I post short stories every couple of weeks. Hopefully I can gain some traction there and when my book is ready to publish, I will have some sales. The blog is called The Mythmaker's Notebook if you ever wanted to check it out.
