Those who are fresher and starting from now. Keep one thing in mind Every year competition is increasing as you can see cut off this time 153 UR after 18k vacancy, If you can prepare well and have ability to get atleast 150+ consistently then come in this field.
I got in 143.5 UR still not selected in Tier 1.
