Sainsbury’s filling grocery haul !! Family of 3 on a budget ... in lockdown UK

Hi I have asthma also. When I take my preventer religiously day and night I find it helps so much. I have been doing this since I got a good telling off from my asthma nurse for not using it. I hope this helps you. I keep mine on my dressing table so before I get ready for the day and night it’s there out always reminding me to take it.
My asthma flares up in the rain, cold, when I eat coconut, my husbands perfumes lol I’m probably just allergic to him tbh and also having fizzy drinks I have found it triggers it.
I used to work in Sainsbury’s but I find them so expensive now I shop at Morrison’s and Aldi 🙈

Hope your haul lasted you ! I used to enjoy shopping for food but it's horrible now. I seem to be spending loads more but not getting what I really wanted. Not sure if they've sneaked prices up ? Woman in Tesco last week coughing her insides up and looking like death warmed up - made me totally Stay safe !!

Please don't feel bad about the naughty treats! There's always opportunities for kids to try different things and their taste buds are constantly changing, no bad parenting here. They're being fed!
