Arizona voters react to Biden dropping out, Kamala Harris seeking Democratic nomination

Voters in Arizona reacted Sunday to President Biden's decision to end his reelection campaign and endorse Vice President Kamala Harris for the Democratic nomination. CBS News producer Elizabeth Campbell has more from Arizona, and Democratic strategist Joel Payne joins with analysis.

Everybody's talking about emotion and perception and nobody's talking about results and policy. That's the problem with facing as a nation as far as voters are concerned. Nobody has really learned and what actually goes on and who is in charge of what, we're all glued to the perception of what the 50 social media pages were following and what they think.it's truly sad.
