Emma Lawson Garage Gym Tour

Rogue athlete and 2022 CrossFit Rookie of the Year Emma Lawson gives us an exclusive tour of her home gym. A native of Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, Emma was introduced to CrossFit at just 7 years of age. Now 18, she continues to train in a garage gym shared with her similarly fitness-minded parents and sister. The gear in the Lawson gym, however, goes well beyond the typical family workout room. Very nice! How long did it take you to put that garage gym together and how did you come up with the way that it is organized? The GBH apparatus I think that I am spelling it correctly I would like to see an illustration of the different things you can do on it. I have never heard of it before. Finally, do you still use a non home gym or are you able to get everything you need in your own garage. And living in Canada I assume it is heated for the winter. Thanks for sharing this! It is excellent!
