Please note that I said in the video that we could use the fundamental leema to find the accessory equation. In fact we could only assume the accessory equation is zero if we define it to be so by our choice of eeta. But eeta might not make the differential zero. So in the next video we introduce a new function (u) that is defined as making the differential equation equal to zero. See beginning of video 17 for clarification on this.
