UNIVERSITY OF AUCKLAND: The Love Project - trailer

In association with the University of Auckland School of Music we bring you eight freshly-minted works by third year composers, recorded in January.

These pieces, each for solo instrument with fixed media, address the theme of love, as informed by consideration of a non-musical artwork. Stand by for compositions by Andrew Campbell, Ben Daley, Lisa Holtham, Hanzhong Kang, Alex Karehana, Amy Lambert and Blake Scanlen, performed by Stig Gilbert (virtual organ), Barkin Sertkaya (guitar), Billie Hart (clarinet), Moira Pascoe (harpsichord), Lachlan Grant (tuba), Haeun Cho (violin), Sofia Onishko (piano) and Chris Mason-Battley (alto saxophone).
