After watching your videos many times I bought my self a 119 now my wife told me she's going to give me a 120 as a birthday gift for me. Great collection and insights sir. A lot of knife companies out there and I own a lot of them but its hard to beat a Buck! May I add - You may want to consider the 117 Brahma to your fine collection..

Very nice collection of the 100 series. I'm considering getting either the 105 or 117 Brahma next.

I do a lot of camping and find that batoning with a large blade is sometimes better for splitting wood than an axe. For example, when splitting small pieces for kindling because you have much more control with a knife. And also when dealing with larger stubborn pieces. Pounding down on a large blade until the wood splits as opposed to getting an axe constantly stuck in the wood is my preferred method.

Yes the 105 is a great knife for fish. For the 120 i can only think self defense use but the 119 will do the job too. I own the 119 and 103 pro series with the S35VN steel for the moose hunt. Thanks for showing 👍

That's quite a collection of Buck knives . I too have a modest collection of Bucks, a 124 which I've had for @40 years which became my go to for outdoor activities. A 102 that I tend to drop in a bag or around my neck, I loaned my son my Buck Master after he joined the Marines and his first deployment to Iraq (there were 3) he still has not returned it, there's a Buck Vanguard somewhere that my wife gave me and a Selkirk. Good knives all.

Have them all too. I think the 105 Pathfinder is my favorite. Great, handy size. But the 124 is just a beast!

I bought a 102 from the ship's store back around 1979. It was my first fixed blade, but not my last. I now have 5, including a monster Schrade and an authentic K-Bar. My go-to fixed blades is still my 102.

Yep, old school is the best school. I too have a collection of Buck Knives. I find the 119, way to light for chopping of any kind. Which is why I either carry a hatchet or tomahawk. I just purchased a 124 and I am looking forward to using it. Nice video.

That 105 Looks great. looking to pick one up. I Really like the 117 but the blade is not as long. Thanks for sharing these! I also believe in hatchets! The Right Tool for the right job is thinking smarter not working harder.
