Honestly we should have been already achieved these goals 15+ years ago with similar technology. These missions now should actually be the mission of retrieving the samples returning the samples to earth and preparing for Human Travel to mars. Humanity has become Lazy are evolving at a snails pace. No drive to explore. Politicians and has stifled human kind into weak creatures.
