As a Graphic and Motion Designer for almost 30 years, and having bought the Original 2007 iPhone, is mesmerising to see and hear Tony Fadell describe Jobs on taking "the oposite marketing road". So often, MKT dept. only confuses and gets in the way, and this very time, Jobs aced the way it presented that really "Revolutionary Product". Everybody got hugely surprised at the possibilities of having all 3 devices in one. The rest was history. Those where the real innovation days for Apple.

Not sure how I feel about Fadell talking about iPhone. AFAIK, he was not a central figure in its creation. iPod? Absolutely.

I was on the the rokr team at Motorola and you sir are a liar. Calling the engineers not good at Motorola. Why didn't your great engineers do it and not go to Motorola? I'll tell you because you guys were clueless. Motorola did all the work and integration of iTunes into a phone. And we gave jobs everything he asked for. So to say he was disappointed is hilarious. We had touch screens already and he didn't want because he was afraid it would take away sales from the iPod. Seriously dude. You owe alot of smart engineers an apology
