2015 Audi A3 Limousine 2.0 TDI (150hp) - DRIVE & SOUND (1080p)

This week I present to you the full Drive & Sound with the all new 2014/2015 Audi A3 S-Line Sedan/Limousine powered by the well known 2.0 TDi delivering 150 hp and 340 Nm of torque. This particular car also comes with the 6-speed S-Tronic (double-clutch) transmission and rolls on 19 inch wheels with 235/35 R19 tires. That probably is the reason why the 0-200 km/h time is not as impressive as you might think and noticeable slower than an 1.4 TFSI with 140 hp that I tested a few month ago. But the latter one ran only on 205er 16 inch wheels and that has an significant impact. Besides that I can only repeat my positive feedback over the A3 Sedan in general, as I think it has the perferct size if you are not traveling with the family all the time and feels equally at home on curvy country roads and long Autobahn travels. The steering is great just as in any other A3 & Golf 7 that I have driven but what really surprised me was the ride comfort of this car. Although it had the 19 inch wheels it was a lot more comfortable than I expected, just be sure NOT to order the S-Line suspension (-25mm compared to dynamic suspension). Ok, enough for now. Beautiful car, so much so, I bought one! The only annoyance I'm finding is the whistle noise that can be heard at 0:24... My car does it as well. Can anybody help me understand what is the source of such whistle. My Audi Service garage already replaced the turbo twice and it's still there. The majority of the 2.0 tdi 150hp engines I heard don't do this.

Can you test a base a3 with the 1.6 tdi and a manual gearbox . It's the only engine available in my country and I'd like to know your opinion about it . Great video as always, keep up the good work !
