Trump just addressed it with the press while he was signing. He said 50% deal and if it's not approved he would think of adding 25% tariffs.. but he said he is pretty sure the Chinese government will want to make the deal

Well, Chinese companies must own 50% of Tesla EV company, otherwise raise tariffs on US goods export to China and total ban inside China. Ditto Microsoft, Apple, Intel, AMD, Boeing, KFC, McDonald's, HP, Dell, GM, Ford, John Deere, etc.
