I have the same problem but the netcat was working earlier so I am confused why it is not working anywhere and I am getting "connection refused"

I do not have a tun0 interface in my Kali, why ?

best solution: sudo ufw disable sudo ufw reset sudo ufw enable sudo ufw default allow incoming sudo ufw reload

Just disable ufw

sudo ufw disable
