i bought ION vandal 5 days ago and upgraded to lvl 4 (No varients). I also played few unrated with the skin. I submitted a refund ticket yesterday and got a reply today saying "you cant refund according to valorant refund policy". i never even refunded a any skin before :(

Back then I didn't know how the refund system in valorant worked so when I saw that I could do a refund, I refunded a freakin variant from a battlpass vandal and got the radianite points back. Well there goes my one-time refund. If only I could refund the ion phantom, I hate that skin 🤣
