hey, very cool video. I am trying to simulate it myself but im fighting with integrating own models into lt spice. Do you know about any "advanced" LTspice tutorials, where things like that are discussed?

Nice, dynamic analysis would me more interesting. You know, when a low power device wakes up from sleep and consumes a burst of current for a few microseconds and goes back to sleep. It would be interesting to see the transient current vs voltage response of this model at those speeds. Things like the delay between current and voltage pulse, deviation from the scaling factor etc. would be interesting to see.
