Suzuki Intruder VS800 exhaust

Here's my 1993 Intruder 800. It's my first bike and was lucky to be able to get it. So far I've pulled the mufflers, added 18" extensions and wrapped them with the titanium exhaust wrap, removed the passenger back rest, moved the handlebars forward a bit and flipped the mirrors. It's a nice comfortable ride! Love it! Have a few more things that idea like to do but overall this bike is pretty awesome!

L'Intruder VS800GL, une pépite, une merveille.
Ce modèle était vraiment la moto universelle pour la conduite en solo.
Aussi agile en milieu urbain que véloce sur route et facile en montagne.
J'en ai possédé une... bleue.
Une merveille.
J'en suis toujours à me demander pourquoi Suzuki a arrêté la production des Intruder.
Ma moto actuelle est une Intruder C1800R (VLR) de 2010, dernière année de production de ce gros custom vintage.
Je ne risque pas de la vendre. Elle est tellement géniale !

I just picked one up myself. Looks exactly the same. You said you took mufflers off and added 18 inch extensions. What size pipes? And is there any baffles?or just straight pipes. Any regrets after riding it? Any exhaust deceleration popping? Please post more videos. Thanks

How did you wrap the headers on or off the bike? And how did you get it around where the foot controls are on the brake side looks like there’s no room to get wrap around it
