Painting and art is very relaxing satisfying can trigger ASMR and help relieve anxiety, stress, and depression and help you sleep and make you feel calm and happy in the heart ❤️ I find painting and art extremely productive and positive.

I mainly use oil paints but do use acrylic to and do the occasional sketch or drawing . All round I love art and especially like the wet on wet technique done by Bob Ross and Bill Alexander. I like mainly to create beautiful scenery paintings but I don’t mind trying other pictures .

I purchase my materials , mediums paint mainly on Amazon and the links are above. I like to use a firm oil paint and use thinners or magic white / black to thin down the paint sometimes. I hope you like my how to paint tutorials and find them a satisfying video to watch.

My favorite things to paint are mountains and trees and also painting water reflections.
Also the Aurora Borealis / Northern lights . Learning highlights and lowlights. I’m currently working on painting buildings and old huts or shacks and waterfalls and rocks .
