Moonknight would not be considered worthy due to his fractured psyche but Magneto given his resolve, willingness to battle for his beliefs, and code of honor could put him in the worthy arena. Unlike some villains Magneto isn’t psychotic nor is he a sociopath. He has principles and dedication to mutant-kind rather than humans this much is true but that doesn’t make him unworthy. Thanos would likely be able to wield Mjolnir as well.

Mjölnir is made of Uru which is not magnetic so that throws this video out the window. Maybe if Magnus manipulated the magnetic field around Mjölnir… but that would also be fighting against magical enchantments. Let’s go with Option 1 and say this would not happpen.

Magneto has already shown the ability to control thors hammer and tap into its power. Also even if he couldn't use his powers too e the hammer directly nothing is stopping him pulling a Sue Storm and wrapping it in a force field and move it

Only Thor can wield Mjolnir. Worthiness is irrelevant. This is not Excalibur. Mjolnir was enchanted to be used by Thor and no one else.
