I have a bills account and whatever subscriptions I have on autopay for cc it pays it straight off .. and every week I unstuff cash in my wallet to pay back cc ..but for the most I leave money in the bank and use prop money for my sinking funds etc . Hey Kay! For my credit cards I use a mixture of both my income and cash unstuffings to pay for them. This way there's a constant flow of paying it off because I love shopping 🛍 😅

I love watching close out videos ALMOST as much as I love doing mine. I am such a budget geek. 🤪I unstuff my binders every couple of days. I spend with a mix of cash and credit card for my variable expenses. but I use all credit card for my sinking funds. I use Prop Bills in those and unstuff, so I know what I have spent. I then balance what I tracked against the credit card statement, so I know I am accurate. A lot but I really love seeing money in the envelopes and not just numbers on a spreadsheet.

Awesome unstuffing! I used credit cards for the points. I keep track daily in my tracker to make sure I don’t (or very very rarely go over what I have in a category) and then pay it off every week

Yes since becoming homeowners we have learned to fix alot of things ourselves. Its so expensive and 90% is not that hard 😊

It definitely does save you tons of money the more you know how to do when it comes to home repairs/maintenance! We recently hired out someone to come and replace some of our sprinkler heads because my husband was going to be gone and just did not have time to do it! They charged us over $400 and my husband came home to half of them still not working!! Let's just say he will stick with replacing the sprinkler heads himself! He has done repairs on our washing machine also. One can learn how to do a lot with just searching for a YouTube video on how to do something! Great unstuffing!

great video love how you explain your thought process on how you do things. Love that you changed out your own capacitor on the AC unit. its amazing how much we spend as homeowners on repairs that we can do ourselves.

Glad your AC is working again. I got jacked yesterday when they installed dishwasher saying I need splitter, $125 for literally a $8 dollar part. My husband wasn't here so I did pay it. I have it in my buffer but still payed with the credit card and will pay it with the next paycheck grrr

Great job! Impressive amount and it all looks so pretty! I need to go finish up my IOUs. I do my credit card both ways. Mostly from sinking funds and cash envelopes. Some from buffer or money I knew to leave in the bank.

Love the video, great job! You look so organized! 😊 I have just been using a debit card and dipping into my buffer for extra stuff not budgeted for. Since watching your channel I now have IOUs in the envelopes and will be paying my buffer back. Now I need to focusing on small challenges for my sinking fund to have money 😅
