Good video.... although I want to nitpick that rock n roll's mainstream influence began in the 1950s with Chuck Berry, Bill Haley and Elvis. The sound was so alarming to the Perry Como generation that they'd actually made laws so that it's illegal to play it! It wasn't all "Splish Splash I was taking a bath", either... some of it was WAY WILDER than that!
I know it wasn't the most socially aware decade, but I think 50s rock should get its due. The 60s happened because people just loved rock music and it went crazy when black people fought for their rights and TWO corporate wars were happening at the same time!
