Bangladesh factory safety revisited

A series of disasters in Bangladesh's garment industry have led to owners, retail brands, and the government promising to make changes. But so far, it's been more talk than action. Now, the international Labour organization is launching a program that will put factories' safety measures under greater scrutiny. Maher Sattar has more from Dhaka.
