My wife used to remind me to eat healthy, especially after I turned 65. She passed last year, and since then, I’ve been trying to take better care of myself—for her. This video touched me more than I expected. Thank you for helping people like me still feel like we have a chance to do better.

I started questioning everything after reading The Secret Health Reset, it made me realize how blinded we are by the health institutions, but it’s never too late. Life changing.

My wife – the one who has stood by me through countless hardships – is now facing the biggest battle of her life. Cancer… Just hearing the word sends shivers down my spine. I have never felt this desperate. If anyone is reading these lines, please remember her in your prayers. We need that more than ever.

I'm 68 years old, a passionate powerlifter and fitness trainer. For over 50 years, I've been eating nuts daily—peanuts, cashews, almonds, walnuts, and more. Thanks to that, my health has remained strong and resilient. I regularly cycle 70 kilometers in about 4 hours and hit the gym four times a week. From my personal experience, the real enemies to our health aren't natural fats, but rather sugar, processed foods, trans fats, and junk food. 🚴‍♂

Wow, this video really hit home. At 70, I’ve become more mindful of what I eat, and it’s amazing how something as small as a handful of nuts can make a real difference in energy and joint pain. I truly appreciate how you broke down the good and the bad — it’s not always easy to know what’s helping and what’s secretly hurting us. Thank you for caring enough to share this knowledge. It’s never too late to take better care of ourselves. 💚

Thank you, I have been eating lightly salted mixed nuts too much. Blood pressure is now elevated. I have a better understanding today of which nuts to enjoy and which nuts present great harm to a senior.

I’ve always been proud of choosing nuts as my “healthy snack, ” thinking I was doing everything right. But over the past year, my blood pressure and digestion got worse, and I couldn’t explain why. This video felt like a wake-up call. I was eating peanuts and cashews daily, not realizing how much harm they were causing. I’ve now switched to almonds and Brazil nuts, and after just a week, my body already feels lighter and calmer. Thank you for opening my eyes.

The importance of health for the elderly cannot be overstated. Maintaining mental health and social connections is just as crucial as physical health. Activities like reading, learning new skills, or simply chatting with friends can keep the mind sharp and the spirit positive. It's essential to create a supportive environment where older adults can thrive. Thank you for focusing on this vital aspect of aging. 🌸🧠
