I am a 68 year old power lifter and fitness trainer. I eat nuts every day for over 50 years I eat peanuts and cashew and almond walnuts and more. I am completely healthy, I cycle 70 kilometers for four hours and I exercise four times a week in the gym. The biggest problem is sugar, process food and trans fat and junk food.

The elderly need more than just medicine—they need love and companionship. A warm hug or a heartfelt conversation can sometimes be more valuable than any supplement!" 💖

This was really informative. At 72, I’m more careful about what I eat, and learning which nuts to avoid was a real eye-opener. Thank you for breaking it down so clearly.

I started questioning everything after reading The Secret Health Reset, it made me realize how blinded we are, but it’s never too late.

A lot of these nuts may be good in this study, but what about the next study? Remember when egg yolks were blamed for high cholesterol? Who’s funding the research? How many studies have been done? How many participants? Were there underlying health issues to begin with? Was the study done properly or was it biased without knowing it was biased? Best advice is to eat things moderately and a good variety of things.

He failed to mention pecans, one of the best nuts for Seniors to consume. I know, I am one of those Seniors and I've been consuming a small hand full of pecan halves daily for several years. At 88 years old, today, my blood pressure is great, my heart is strong and all my arteries are clear.

My heart is heavy... My dad has been diagnosed with cancer, and I ask from the bottom of my heart—can you please send him a prayer? Your kindness and positive thoughts mean so much to us during this difficult time. Thank you so much!

I'm 65 this year, but I feel as healthy and full of life as ever. I'm a widow, yet my heart is whole. I cherish the life I have — simple, peaceful, and filled with purpose. Every morning I wake up grateful, and every evening I rest knowing I’ve truly lived that day. Age has only made me love life more deeply."

I can't believe I've been eating pine nuts in my pesto for YEARS without knowing they interact with my blood pressure medication! At 71, I've been struggling with unusual dizziness that my doctor couldn't explain. After watching this video and switching to walnuts and almonds instead, my symptoms disappeared within two weeks! My latest checkup showed improved numbers across the board.

Wow—this was way more insightful than I expected. As someone who’s helping care for aging parents, I truly appreciate how this video broke things down in a way that’s easy to understand without oversimplifying the science. The part about certain nuts affecting cognitive health really hit home. It’s one of those things no one talks about until it’s too late.

I also love how the video didn’t just list “good” and “bad” foods, but actually explained why some nuts can be harmful, especially as we age. That kind of context is so rare but so important. Thank you for putting together something that feels both caring and evidence-based. You can tell this was made with seniors’ well-being in mind, not just clicks.

Definitely sharing this with my family—it’s a conversation we all need to have.

Very informative video. As a senior, I've noticed over the last 10 years, whenever I eat too many cashews I get a strange unpleasant feeling.... something like a mild hangover for an hour or so after eating. When I seen the title of this video, I knew cashews would be on the bad list and consequently I just threw out the remaining bag.

A few months ago, I started having unexpected digestive issues and brain fog. I thought I was doing everything right—eating healthy, snacking on peanuts and cashews. But after watching this, I realized I was unknowingly feeding inflammation. I’ve now switched to walnuts and Brazil nuts, and I genuinely feel clearer and more balanced. Thank you for giving us seniors the missing puzzle piece.
