13:08 I messaged a structural engineer about the bolt failures here and he had actually done some calculations for defence munitions structures when he was a young engineer. His theoretical prediction was the then used bolts would strip like this in a blast. Congrats SpaceX you confirmed theory with reality!

At around 6 mins, that has to be the tidiest-looking bulkhead they've yet made. This one is smooth and symmetrical, and doesn't look like the lid of a trash can that someone threw a firecracker in.

Oh, the lost art of "gentle persuasion" and if that don't work, get a BFH!! LOL Was it just me or did Hopper look more like R2D2 today with that big flat piece on top??? Also, thank you mary for all your time and effort for us all over the world!!

Starhopper looks a bit sad being the only one in the club house with his flying wings. He wants company.

MK1 is starting to look like a joke when compared to what they’re crafting now. Clean clean clean!

Another great video, the bulkhead dome looks great, very impressive, a few minor lumps and bumps and a little bit of peaking on the butt joins at the ends, as would be expected with stainless steel.
The assembly jig is awesome definitely saving a lot of time and improving fit up, i could see an assembly line with something similar, pneumatic rams all round holding a perfect circle while it is welded in place... good stuff

Wanted to say thanks for the sound of the persuaders on the sleeving. That was extremely funny to hear. Would think there should be a better way, but it obviously works. Just wonder, can they damage the dome enough to be a problem by beating on it?

Thanks for staying focused on what’s going on in Boca, guys. Much appreciated.
SpaceX will cone out even stronger out of this, I am sure.
I wonder if they’ll move the new test pad farther away from the tank farm to give it move protection in case of another Big Bada Boom, aka RUD....
