As a collector for over 40 years, my opinion on the FF Annual 1 is simply the FF spec - waiting for news of the FF to show up in the MCU, doubled with the Namor spec, and doubled again with the fact it has #1 on the cover. It’s a lot of speculation going on, but not a lot of the normal key-worthiness that we usually expect from books with these sorts of gains.

I’ve got 6 copies of the #4 book, Spider-Man 2099 2nd print Ghost variant!!! 4 raw books and 2 CGC books, a 9.0 & 9.4. Been collecting them for years, just a tough book to come by!!! Great show!!!

FF and Silver Surfer spec is like a gift that will keep on giving. As long as no new announcements are made almost any of those books are fair ground for investment. FF annual covers that ground and Namor spec as well. It doesn't need to be a key to be a classic cover.
