However, some Patriots players have not lived up to the hype including Drake Maye, Matt Judon, Joey Slye, JuJu Smith-Schuster. Not sure why you guys thought Drake was going to be Tom Brady in his first NFL training camp. He’s actually been very good considering his age and experience.

Of course Drake Maye is going to struggle, he's a rookie he's going to go through growing pains. Duh! What do you expect? It's going to take time, so chill out.

I’m extremely fine with all those duds. A rookie QB who isn’t expected to be the starting QB for the foreseeable future, our best defensive player who is only there due to inactivity and contract drama, a backup kicker, and a receiver who we all didn’t have high expectations for who has already been replaced on the depth chart. Obviously I’d prefer for Maye to be doing better, but this was gonna be somewhat of a redshirt year to begin with unless he was just that much better than Jacoby

Im with you on thorton.. he been non productive the first 2 years so I had no expectations going into this year for him but man he surprising me right now.. you said he could make the WR6 spot but that WR4 position is wide open for grabs.. we all know BAKER POLK DOUGLAS are our WR1 WR2 and WR3.. we dont know who is WR4 or WR5 right now

Thornton always does good at camp then get invisible when it's pads and hitting and when the real season game's start.
